Zendelity Corporation is an Ontario-based technology company that develops Command Center, a mobile-first operational execution platform for organizations that need to digitize, verify, and improve critical frontline work.  Command Center helps organizations move standard operating procedures, inspections, recurring checks, corrective actions, and operational response workflows from paper-based or disconnected systems into structured digital workflows. Frontline staff complete work using mobile devices, while supervisors gain real-time visibility through dashboards, alerts, issue tracking, and audit-ready reporting.

Project

Through this Technology Access Program project, Zendilty will work with the CMIT TDS to advance the application of Command Center within Ontario’s meat processing sector by adapting, validating, and standardizing food safety workflows for this industry. The project will also test IoT-enabled monitoring scenarios where sensor-based alerts can trigger operational workflows, corrective action, and verified response.

Impact

The project will result in a validated meat-processing application of Zendelity’s Command Center platform. By the end of the project, Command Center will have been tested in real-world Ontario meat processing environments and refined to support digital food safety execution, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), quality management workflows, traceability-ready records, Internet of Things (IoT) triggered response, and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-ready operational data capture.  The primary company outcome for Zendelity is a commercially validated agri-food solution that can be sold to additional meat processors and food processors in Ontario and across Canada.
