Z Force Farm is an Ontario-based agricultural small and medium-sized enterprise specializing in the cultivation and sale of evergreen trees (e.g., cedar), ornamental shrubs, fruit trees, and seasonal vegetable crops.  The company serves a diverse customer base, including individual consumers, landscaping contractors, and seasonal agricultural buyers across Ontario. As demand for locally sourced agricultural products and landscaping materials continues to increase, Z Force Farm is well-positioned to expand its operations and improve its service capacity.

Project

Z Force Farm currently faces several operational limitations across key business functions, which significantly impact efficiency, scalability, and revenue potential. These areas present strong opportunities for improvement through the adoption of Adaptive Artificial Intelligence (Adaptive AI). Through the support of the Future Ready program, the team will receive training to address the company’s specific operational challenges and will focus on enabling employees to apply Adaptive AI tools directly within their daily workflows.

Impact

Following the completion of the AI training, approximately 6 employees will gain practical knowledge of Adaptive Artificial Intelligence (Adaptive AI), including generative AI tools and their application in daily operations. This will enable staff to reduce reliance on manual processes and improve task efficiency.  Operational improvements are expected in key areas, including customer communication, quotation preparation, marketing content creation, and administrative workflows. These changes are anticipated to result in a 10–20% increase in operational efficiency in relevant functions.
