Wonderland Food and Equipment is a premier concession food and supplies vendor in Canada. Wonderland is a leading Canadian dealer and distributor for the world’s largest manufacturer and supplier of concession items and equipment.  Wonderland has been providing profitable solutions to their fun concession food customers for over 25 years.

Project

Wonderland’s operations must evolve in concession food production and distribution for the event, venue and retail industries that they serve by leveraging and integrating AI-driven decision systems into planning, production, distribution and sales operations.  With the support of the Future Ready program, Wonderland staff will receive training on how to analyze real-time data, automate forecasting and improve procurement efficiency through AI-enabled tools.

Impact & Outcomes

By the completion of this project, Wonderland employees will be trained to interpret AI-generated insights, use digital dashboards, and understand the fundamentals of AI-enabled procurement.  Through these operations enhancements, Wonderland forecasts 10-15% growth in revenue and the potential to increase staff to support the business.
