Project

In this Development and Commercialization program supported project, VestedInYou  will be integrating advanced AI technologies such as open-source large language models and a Retrieval-Augmented Generation framework to process vast amounts of project data and deliver real-time, actionable insights. The platform’s robust API layer ensures seamless integration with existing systems, making it a powerful overlay that enhances current workflows rather than replacing them.  The company will be leveraging Technology Development Sites like Evergreen Brick Works for assessment, community building, and scalability studies.

Impact & Outcomes

This project will result in the integration of AI in the company’s Construction Operations Management Platform as well as assessment and demonstration of the platform at Evergreen Brickworks.  This enable VestedInYou to potentially increase their number of clients by 400% one year after project completion and necessitate the hiring of up to five new full-time positions.  The platform could help construction companies reduce operational costs by up to 40% – thus supporting Ontario’s construction sector.
