StrongBó Agritech Canada Limited is an Ontario-based agtech company focused on building practical solutions to help beef producers make better management decisions with less labour and less disruption to cattle. StrongBó’s product, the AutoWeigher, is an automated weighing system that provides frequent individual and herd weight insights to support feeding, marketing, and animal welfare.

Project

Through the support of the Technology Access program, project will use the uOttawa-IBM Cyber Range TDS to complete a cloud security assessment of the existing AutoWeigher platform. As StrongBo expands deployments and customer access, the company would benefit from an independent review of its cloud environment, security controls, and operating practices.

Impact

This project will evaluate and strengthen, as necessary, the cyber resilience of a Canadian agri-food technology platform, the project will support broader adoption of secure, data-driven livestock management tools in Ontario’s beef sector.
