Project

R&C Energysaving Inc. is looking to incorporate AI into the office and coordination processes that support its HVAC manufacturing and technical service operations. The company wants to improve how employees prepare customer and supplier communications and other back-office activities  Under this Future Ready project, R&C Energysaving Inc. employees will receive AI training in area such as product coordination, technical support, customer service, service coordination, and administrative documentation. The training will focus on practical applications of AI to help employees find technical information more efficiently, prepare business documents, organize company knowledge, and improve customer communications using responsible AI practices.

Impact

By building practical AI skills across key business functions, R&C Energysaving Inc. aims to strengthen employee capabilities, improve the consistency of internal processes, and support the company’s continued growth and competitiveness in Ontario’s HVAC industry.  During the first year, the company expects the trained employees to reduce the time spent searching technical manuals, reviewing product specifications, preparing routine documentation, and drafting customer and supplier communications by approximately 12% to 15%. This will allow their team to spend more time supporting customers, coordinating projects, and resolving technical issues instead of completing repetitive administrative work.
