About

Quotograph is an Ontario-based construction automation platform that helps general contractors and commercial subcontractors eliminate manual back-office work.  The platform brings the core administrative tasks of a construction business into one connected system: blueprint takeoffs and estimating, safety monitoring, compliance documentation, and permit management. The vision is to build the operating system for modern construction, a single place where crews plan, document, and manage the work that currently lives in binders, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools.

Project

This Technology Access Program supported project will see the deployment and testing of two of Quotograph’s tools, Quoto Report and Quoto Drone, in a structured pilot designed to prove their impact on jobsite safety and environmental performance. The work will be carried out at the Evergreen Brick Works TDS, a site whose ongoing restoration activity, green building mission, and accessible grounds make it an ideal setting to test both tools under realistic conditions while aligning directly with the environmental goals of the project.

Impact

A primary outcome of the project will be a validated safety dataset from Quoto Report and a validated environmental dataset from Quoto Drone and the broader platform. By the end of the project, Quotograph will have documented, defensible evidence linking the use of its tools to improved jobsite safety, reduced carbon emissions from fewer site visits, lower material waste through better planning and documentation, and efficiency gains from replacing paper workflows with digital records.  The company anticipates reaching $30,000 MRR by the end of 2026.
