This Future Ready project focuses on preparing Potentia’s workforce to adopt Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, to enhance productivity, streamline decision-making, and drive operational efficiency. In partnership with Lucid AI Solutions, the company will initially train 42 employees – from executives to administrative and operations staff – through a hands-on, three-week program. The training will focus on practical use cases for AI, including drafting communications, summarizing complex documents, and automating routine workflows.
This project will result in the training of Potentia’s group of 42 employees, ranging from the CEO and executive leadership team to HR, administrative staff, and staff in various departments including construction, asset management, operations, business development, and finance. This subsequent adoption of AI tools is expected to increase productivity by 10%-20%, provide cost savings of $250,000 – $500,000 annually and support the hiring of 5-10 new roles. This project also supports Ontario’s green energy objectives.
