ORYN Studios Inc. is a residential construction company that supports homeowners by planning, coordinating, and delivering new home construction and related residential building projects. The company manages the many connected activities required to move a project from the early planning stage through construction and completion. ORYN Studios Inc. works with homeowners, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and other project stakeholders to keep construction information, design requirements, inspections, material needs, timelines, and client decisions organized throughout each stage of the project.
Currently many routine activities still depend on manual review, follow-up, and document preparation. Employees must spend considerable time comparing updates from different sources, preparing summaries, confirming next steps, maintaining records, and ensuring that changes are communicated accurately between the office and active construction sites. Through this Future Ready Project, employees will receive Artificial Intelligence (AI) training to strengthen how construction information is organized, documented, and communicated.
Upon completion of the project, ORYN Studios Inc. will have an internally trained workforce capable of applying Artificial Intelligence across key residential construction workflows. The three participating employees will have increased their practical AI capability from approximately 10%–20% to 75%–80%, enabling them to confidently use AI to support project planning, construction coordination, site reporting, documentation management, schedule tracking, material coordination, and client communication. These efficiencies are anticipated to contribute to an annual revenue increase of approximately 8%, representing growth from approximately $450,000 to $486,000, together with operational cost savings of approximately $8,000 through reduced administrative effort and improved project coordination.
