Project

The proposed Future Ready supported project will deliver a customized Artificial Intelligence (AI) training program focused on building practical knowledge and capabilities across the organization. Employees will participate in hands-on workshops covering AI fundamentals, AI opportunity identification, business problem framing, use case development, implementation planning, and innovation management. The training will help staff identify opportunities to apply AI within project management, client communications, document management, scheduling, reporting, and administrative workflows.

Impact

The project will deliver a comprehensive AI workforce development program designed to build internal capabilities for artificial intelligence adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement across Luxor Development.  Employees are expected to reduce time spent on repetitive administrative activities, document processing, information retrieval, and routine communications through AI-assisted workflows, resulting in productivity improvements of 15-25% across key business functions.
