LandLogic Solutions Inc. is an AI land-use intelligence platform that helps real estate professionals, consultants, planners, developers, and municipalities make faster, more accurate decisions by identifying the highest and best use of a piece of land. LandLogic unifies zoning regulations, planning policies, environmental constraints, market data, and infrastructure layers across municipalities into a single AI-enabled decision engine. By automating the most time-consuming parts of land due diligence, LandLogic gives land-use professionals a reliable, cross-jurisdictional source of truth for site selection, feasibility analysis, and other land assessments.

Project

This Technology Access Program supported project will focus on development-readiness assessment and compliance intelligence, helping users identify site opportunities, understand development constraints, evaluate project feasibility, and navigate complex regulatory requirements more efficiently. With the support of Evergreen Brick Works’ Technology Development Site, LandLogic will work with builders, developers, housing organizations, government stakeholders, and industry partners to validate and refine its AI capabilities in real-world settings.

Impact

A primary outcome of the project will be the validation and refinement of LandLogic’s AI-powered development intelligence platform through engagement with builders, developers, housing organizations, municipalities, and other industry stakeholders connected through Evergreen Brick Works.  Over the next 12 to 24 months, Landlogic anticipates the addition of 3 to 5 new full-time employees and increase annual recurring revenue through new software subscriptions, enterprise agreements and strategic partnerships.
