Landlogic

About

LandLogic Solutions Inc. is an AI land-use intelligence platform that helps consultants, planners, developers, and municipalities make faster, more accurate decisions about how land can and should be used. LandLogic unifies zoning regulations, planning policies, environmental constraints, market data, and infrastructure layers into a single decision engine. By automating the most time-consuming parts of land due diligence, LandLogic gives land-use professionals a reliable, cross-jurisdictional source of truth for site selection, feasibility analysis, and other land assessments..

Project

LandLogic has aggregated and standardized over 1,000 land-use datasets across Ontario. With this project, we are building an AI-powered ADU (Additional Dwelling Unit) feasibility engine grounded in those datasets. The system interprets zoning rules, setbacks, parcel dimensions, geospatial constraints, and property characteristics to determine ADU feasibility at scale. LandLogic is also building an interactive web interface that allows land-use consultants, planners, developers, real estate teams, and homeowners to instantly understand ADU potential at the parcel level. Working with ventureLAB TDS, we are transforming complex zoning language into clear, visual insights that can be acted on immediately.

Impact & Outcomes

This project strengthens LandLogic as the core system for land use decisions. The ADU feasibility engine turns a process that normally takes consultants days into seconds, increasing their capacity and improving the accuracy of every decision they make. This tool becomes an entry point into the rest of the LandLogic platform as customers can later incorporate site selection, zoning analysis, and development potential across their full workflows. The project supports significant revenue growth and the creation of new technical roles, but the larger impact is market wide; clear and consistent land use interpretation removes friction across housing approvals and helps bring more ADU and multiplex projects to market faster.
