Project

JK Trading is looking to create more structured and data-driven approaches for organizing crop observations, identifying plant stress indicators, supporting field monitoring activities, and improving operational visibility across the company’s farm-to-market workflow.  Through the support of the Technology Development Internship, JK Trading will bring on an intern to assist with defining system requirements, organizing operational and crop-related information, supporting AI-assisted interpretation testing, and preparing workflow documentation for future refinement and implementation.

Impact

The expected outcome is to strengthen JK Canada Trading Inc.’s internal technology capacity, improve consistency in crop-monitoring processes, support operational decision-making, and prepare the company for future AI-driven agricultural innovation and commercialization opportunities.
