FacadeScope AI is a vertical SaaS platform built and operated by Raphael Consulting Inc.  FacadeScope serves facade and building envelope subcontractors (glazing, curtain wall, window wall, storefront, panelized facades) by automating the bid package scope review that estimators perform before pricing a project.  FacadeScope helps building envelope subcontractors speed up their bid review process by ~70%. Estimators upload a full bid package (subcontract, specifications, architectural drawings, door and wall schedules) and FacadeScope produces a complete scope review in roughly 20 minutes. The output covers 40+ categories including risk analysis, contract conflicts, scope clarifications, draft RFIs, inclusions, exclusions, and qualification flags.

Project

Through the support of the Technology Access program, FacadScope will work with the Evergreen TDS to validate the platform on real bid packages, run live demos for Ontario glazing and envelope subs in Evergreen’s network, and gain third-party validation from Evergreen’s construction advisors. The company will receive written feedback from Evergreen’s senior construction advisors on platform accuracy, market fit, and pricing, feeding directly into the FacadeScope product roadmap.

Impact

Direct outcomes of the project include real-bid validation, documented accuracy against benchmarks, live product demonstrations and advisory services on platform improvements.  This will result in up to $100,000 in net new annual recurring revenue and the requirement to hire 1-2 new full-time employees.  Use of the platform will have a 50%-70% reduction in scope review for bids, thus increasing the efficiency and reducing costs for the contractors using the platform.
