Project

With the support of the Future Ready program, Encore Heating & Cooling Services will participate in a 4-week intensive training program focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents to improve automation, service delivery, and operational efficiency across HVAC operations. This training will cover LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI-driven scheduling, automated customer communication, and data interpretation relevant to service-based businesses.

Impact & Outcomes

The proposed project will result in several tangible outcomes that directly support Encore Heating & Cooling Services Ltd.’s transition to a more automated, AI-enabled business model. These outcomes will significantly improve operational efficiency, customer responsiveness, and scalability. By automating core administrative processes such as scheduling, quoting, and customer communication, Encore anticipates a 25–30% increase in service capacity without a proportional increase in overhead.  This will help grow revenues by  approximately 50%, and allow for the hiring of 3-5 additional full-time staff over the next three years.
