Crewscope, founded in 2022 and based in Toronto, Ontario, is a Canadian startup building an AI-powered workforce productivity platform for the deskless workforce. Project

With support from the CIT Development and Commercialization program and in collaboration with Cambrian College’s Centre for Smart Mining, Crewscope is enhancing its platform with an intelligent AI agent designed for industrial field environments. The agent communicates directly with supervisors and workers through SMS, helping set weekly goals, draft communications, and reduce manual data entry by integrating with existing mining systems. The project will develop mining-specific workflows, run pilot deployments, and validate adoption strategies to accelerate expansion beyond construction into Ontario’s mining industry.
