Project

Building upon the success of their existing AI products, Clay is now developing Vision3D, a new and differentiated offering that extends their capabilities into the post-construction phase. Vision3D is a groundbreaking AI-driven property marketing solution that transforms 2D images and videos of completed properties into immersive, interactive 3D environments. The Development and Commercialization project will integrate and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) as the primary critical technology into Clay’s existing software platform for multi-family homebuilders. Clay will leverage the technical advisory and compute infrastructure of the Cambrian College TDS to accelerate the development of their platform.  

Impact

The successful completion and commercialization of this project to integrate advanced AI technologies into Clay’s software platform is expected to generate significant economic benefits for the company, partner organizations, and the broader construction and proptech sectors in Ontario.  With the launch of the AI-powered Vision3D solution, Clay projects a 40% increase in annual revenue within two years, as well as the potential to hire an additional 30 full-time employees over the next three years.
