Christine Liao Inc. operates under the name Hello Garden which works in the agri-food industry and focuses on selling and distributing seeds. Its customers include local growers, farms, and other agricultural businesses that need reliable access to a variety of seed varieties for planting and seasonal production.  The company has built a stable customer base and has practical experience in seed supply and customer service.

Project

As the business continues to grow, the team wants to improve how daily information is organized and how staff use digital tools.  Through this Future Ready program supported project, Hello Garden will receive training in AI-enabled software tools to prepare its staff to use AI agents in a practical way for seed inventory, customer order support, supplier information, sales review, and seasonal planning.

Impact

After the project is completed, Hello Garden will have practical training outcomes that are directly connected to how staff handle seed information, customer questions, order status, and seasonal follow-up. The trained employees will include the Inventory Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, Sales Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant.  The expected economic benefits will come from fewer incorrect seed availability responses, faster seasonal customer follow-up, improved reorder timing, and stronger customer confidence during the March to May planting window.
