Chatsimple Inc

About

ChatSimple, incorporated in 2023 and based in Toronto, is a SaaS company that develops AI-powered chatbot solutions to streamline customer support and automate lead generation for businesses. Its platform leverages natural language processing and conversational logic to deliver intelligent, human-like interactions that integrate seamlessly with CRMs and ERPs. ChatSimple primarily serves small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across e-commerce, education, real estate, and advanced manufacturing. ChatSimple’s scalable architecture and multilingual support address the growing demand for accessible, AI-driven automation in customer communications.

Project

ChatSimple is developing an advanced conversational AI interface tailored for B2B manufacturers to enhance sales and post-purchase support. The platform enables personalized, multi-turn, voice- and text-based interactions between customers and AI agents embedded directly into manufacturers’ websites. Unlike conventional chatbots, ChatSimple’s AI can check inventory, generate quotes, open support tickets, and update CRM or ERP systems in real time. The prototype operates across more than 350 client sites. The project will advance the platform by enhancing voice support, expanding enterprise integrations, and improving automation capabilities through persona-aware interfaces, playbook-driven workflows, and speech-enabled agents that simulate human dialogue.

Impact & Outcomes

Upon completion, ChatSimple will deliver a validated, cloud-based AI product featuring fine-tuned large language and speech recognition models, reusable workflow playbooks, and integration templates for rapid deployment. The company plans to scale from 10 to 15 full-time employees, adding roles in AI engineering, sales, and client success. Revenue is projected to surpass CAD 1.5 million in annual recurring revenue by 2026. The project will strengthen Ontario’s position in AI commercialization by keeping IP development and engineering within the province. For manufacturing clients, the platform is expected to improve lead capture by up to 30%, lower customer service costs, and accelerate response times, helping Ontario’s SMEs compete globally through intelligent automation and operational efficiency.
