Project

With support from the Technology Access Program, Builders Meet Inc. will work with Evergreen TDS to further develop, configure, and validate the sustainable construction materials supply chain solution within the BuildersMeet platform. The project will use Evergreen’s real-world construction, sustainability, and innovation ecosystem to test supplier, builder, and contractor workflows; structure material and supplier data; evaluate AI-assisted material matching; and validate how the solution can support more sustainable procurement and collaboration for construction SMEs.

Impact

This project will help Builders Meet Inc. advance BuildersMeet as a scalable AI-powered SaaS solution for the construction industry, with a specific focus on sustainable material selection and supply-chain collaboration for construction SMEs. The expected outcomes include a configured pilot environment, improved supplier-builder-contractor workflows, structured material data fields, sample digital material profiles or passports, AI-assisted material matching scenarios, and a final validation report. BuildersMeet anticipates up to $100,000 in revenue from SaaS subscriptions and the need to hire one new employee within 12 months post-project.
