Project

With increasing customer expectations for faster response times and seamless service experiences, Bonafide sees a major opportunity to modernize operations by adopting artificial intelligence tools.  Through support from the Future Ready Program, Bonafide Glass is taking strategic steps to modernize its operations by equipping employees with the skills needed to adopt AI-assisted technologies. The focus of this initiative is to train staff on AI-powered customer service tools, automated appointment scheduling systems, and intelligent project estimation platforms.

Impact

This project is expected to result in significant and measurable outcomes for Bonafide Glass and Mirror. By the end of the engagement, a minimum of 10 employees will be trained in the principles and applications of AI-powered customer service tools, automated scheduling systems, and smart estimation platforms.  The implementation of these AI-powered applications will help the company increase revenue by 15-25% annually and facilitate the creation of 4-6 full-time positions over the next five years.
