Benko is currently challenged in meeting their growth, financial objectives, and succession planning due to the lack of training on Robotics and AI technologies. By upgrading through training supported the Future Ready Program in areas such as AI and Robotics technologies, the company can improve its data entry efficiency, productivity, and customer service, marketing and sales, as well as reduce errors, costs, and risks.
