Project

The Baeumler Approved platform is a website and membership directory that verifies and lists contractors for homeowners.  At present, incoming homeowner inquiries and contractor applications are processed manually, requiring staff to manually review, qualify, and route each lead.  In this Future Ready supported project, Baeumler Approved employees will be trained on four AI-powered tools that are reshaping how the platform serves homeowners and contractor members.

Impact

The tangible outcomes of this project are a fully upskilled five-person team capable of operating and maintaining an AI-powered homeowner interface, an integrated CRM system, AI-driven lead scoring, and AI-assisted marketing tools.  Through the use of these new AI-enabled tools, Baeumler Approved expects a 78% reduction in homeowner-to-contractor time-to-match, a 90% reduction in manual intake processing time, and a 35% increase in lead-to-provider conversion.  These improvements are expected to directly increase revenue through higher conversion of homeowner inquiries into completed contractor matches.
