AutoAlign AI Inc.

About

AutoAlign is a spin-off from an AI company focused on Insurance (Armilla AI), based on technology developed over several years with recognition of a need to optimize technical processes in industrial verticals including construction and manufacturing. One example is our client BASF, which uses AutoAlign’s AI system to ingest technical data sources, scans, pictures and videos.  AutoAlign is using the foundation of this technology to build a Generative AI automation solution to transform the Construction industry’s current manual processes for creating accurate estimates. This project will leverage cutting-edge AI technology to enhance and transform processes in construction, creating game changing operational efficiencies, which will encourage the adoption of AI across the sector.

Project

With the support of the Sector Adoption program, AutoAlign’s project will develop an AI-driven automation solution specifically designed to transform manual processes in the construction and property restoration industry. This solution uses generative AI to streamline the creation of detailed and accurate repair claim estimates. Currently, these estimates require extensive time and labor, involving site visits, manual data collection, and iterative input from multiple stakeholders. AutoAlign will be partnering with Integricon, a national property restoration and construction company, to provide practical insights and data to help support the training of the AI models for the solution.

Impact & Outcomes

The project will deliver a validated AI-powered software solution that automates repair estimate creation, significantly reducing time, labor, and costs while improving accuracy and scalability. The project will result in significantly increased licensing revenues for AutoAlign and growth of its team within Ontario. AutoAlign projects 8 new engineering hires over the next year, plus 4 additional support staff. Licensing deals to reconstruction companies in North America are projected to exceed $2m in the first year of production,
