Project

Arcan Glass is looking for support from the Future Ready Program to assist in gaining training for its staff.  This training is designed specifically to support glass manufacturing and installation workflows by equipping staff with the skills needed to understand, interact with, and apply AI technologies within a construction and fabrication context. The program will cover foundational knowledge of LLMs, practical applications of AI in estimating and scheduling, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) for improved client communication.

Impact & Outcomes

Through hands-on sessions and real-world exercises tailored to Arcan Glass’s operations, participants will learn how to integrate AI Agents into daily workflows to support quoting, planning, and customer engagement. Upon completion, Arcan Glass will have a trained team ready to apply AI tools effectively, improving operational efficiency and responsiveness across the business.  The use of these AI tools will improve Arcan’s productivity by 25-45%, increase revenue by $400,000 annually, reduce costs by $300,000  and create 3-5 new full-time positions.
