Project

As the business continues to grow, the AL-Mashriq Halal Farm team wants to improve how daily information is organized and how staff use digital tools.  Through this Future Ready program supported project, AL-Mashriq Halal Farm will recieve practical Artificial Intelligence training for selected staff members. The training will focus on helping employees understand how AI-supported tools can be used to improve customer inquiry handling, order organization, internal record keeping, production coordination, and daily workflow communication.

Impact

Through this project, AL-Mashriq Halal Farm expects to achieve measurable improvements in staff AI readiness, customer order handling, internal communication, and daily workflow organization.  The company expects this to reduce time spent on repetitive customer communication and order note preparation by approximately 5% to 8% within the first 6 to 12 months.  From a business growth perspective, the company expects the training and follow-up implementation to support approximately 3% to 5% annual revenue growth.
