Project

Through the support of the Future Ready program, Aitek will receive customized training materials, practical exercises and two days of physical training.   The purpose of this project is to train selected employees to better understand how AI tools can be used in Airtek’s actual working environment. This training will help the company assess the value of AI-supported workflows before making larger investments in implementation.

Impact

The main outcome of this project will be that Airtek develops a practical starting point for using AI tools in its HVAC product, customer inquiry, quotation, sales, and inventory workflows. Airtek expects a time saving of approximately 15% to 25% in basic product information searching, customer response drafting, quotation related preparation, and internal summary preparation.  These time savings could translate to $240,000 to $480,000 in increased sales within one to three years post project.
