Adaptis is a technology company transforming how buildings get designed and delivered. Our AI-powered B2B SaaS platform gives architects, engineers, developers, and building owners the ability to make fast, data-driven design decisions, replacing months of manual consulting work with automated simulation and optimization.

The platform generates and analyzes millions of design scenarios across site planning, architecture, and structural systems for new designs. Instead of coordinating large consulting teams and iterating through dozens of PDFs, spreadsheets and models, users get an instant, optimized design direction aligned with cost, compliance, and performance targets. This reduces the time and cost associated with early-stage planning and design by up to 80%, and helps owners and developers save an additional 5–10% during construction through better coordination and early problem detection.

Project

Through the Sector Adoption program, Adaptis is integrating its decision-support platform into major residential development projects with Rinomato Group and Northcrest Developments. These projects serve as real-world proving grounds, replacing traditional, fragmented consultant workflows with a single, unified AI-driven design process. Adaptis will be used from day one, optimizing site layouts, building design, mechanical/electrical systems, and compliance requirements to accelerate approvals and reduce redesign cycles.

Impact & Outcomes

This project will deliver a validated, production-ready version of the Adaptis platform along with quantifiable data on time, cost, and workflow efficiency gains. It will also establish repeatable processes for deploying the software into large-scale developments.

By demonstrating how AI can streamline the design and construction process at scale, this project positions Adaptis for rapid adoption across the residential construction sector. It also supports the company’s growth trajectory, enabling us to scale to more than 200 building simulations per quarter by 2025, driving higher revenue, larger portfolios, and expansion of the team.
