Through this Future Ready project, AALED Lighting will train its employees to use artificial intelligence (AI) tools that improve marketing efficiency, multilingual communication, and customer engagement. Working with experienced digital advisors, the company will receive structured, hands-on AI training designed to help staff automate tasks, analyze customer data, and enhance client support.

Impact and Outcomes

This project represents a key step in AALED’s digital transformation, building the internal skills and technological capacity needed to stay competitive in an increasingly data-driven marketplace. By integrating AI across its operations, AALED will strengthen its workforce, increase productivity, and continue to advance Ontario’s leadership in sustainable and innovative manufacturing.  Over the next five years, AALED anticipates a measurable increase in productivity and profitability as a result of this initiative. The company expects to create three to four new positions in AI-enhanced marketing, customer success, and digital operations.
