Project

With support from the Future Ready Program, CMY Renovations is launching a workforce training initiative focused on workflow automation and digital skills development to support its continued growth and improve how projects are managed. This project will help the company’s team learn how to better connect the digital tools they already use—such as project management, accounting, and client communication platforms and reduce manual, repetitive tasks. The training program will focus on helping employees identify time-consuming workflows, design simple automations, and create more efficient ways to manage projects, share information, and communicate with clients.

Impact & Outcomes

This project will result in a measurable improvement in CMY Renovations’ internal ability to streamline operations through workflow automation and integrated process design. By the end of the training, team members will be equipped to reduce manual workload, improve project efficiency, and manage cross-platform data flow independently. The improvements in operations resulting from the project will contribute to doubling CMY’s revenue to $4.5million in four years as well as create the need for up to 6 new full-time roles in the company.
