Canadian Engineering Services Inc. (CESI) is a consulting engineering firm established in 1988, serving clients across Ontario. CESI provides expert services in geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeological, structural, and building sciences, along with construction materials inspection and testing. Our clients include developers, construction companies, architects, municipalities, and infrastructure providers.

Project

CESI has built a reputation for technical accuracy, reliability, and regulatory compliance. As the company continues to serve the growing construction and infrastructure markets, they are also investing in digital transformation to modernize our business development processes and stay competitive.  There is a growing need for engineering firms to adopt more data-driven, digital approaches to sales and marketing.  With the support of the Future Ready Program, CESI will launch a new AI-powered training initiative focused on sales and marketing. The project will train staff and professionals in the use of artificial intelligence tools to enhance client engagement, lead generation, and service outreach

Impact

Over the next 5 years, CESI expects this training initiative to yield several measurable economic benefits within Ontario.  These benefits include increasing revenue by 15%-20% annually, the creation of 2-3 new full-time positions and the ability to both increase capacity as well as productivity.  CESI’s efforts also support the construction of new homes in Ontario.
