About Evergreen Brick Works
The Evergreen Brick Works campus is a globally recognized hub for construction innovation, showcasing life-cycle and net-zero construction approaches. Historically significant as the source for much of the brick used to construct urban Toronto in the early 1900s, the campus consists of 16 buildings and surrounding land that remain in an ongoing state of development since opening in 2010. Managed by the non-profit organization Evergreen, the campus welcomes over 500,000 visitors annually as one of Toronto’s premier destinations for sustainable development and environmental education.
