Restore Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is an Ontario-based B2B compounding and manufacturing pharmaceutical company, incorporated in 2018 and operating a NAPRA-accredited lab in Mississauga. Restore manufactures and compounds customized pharmaceutical products for a network of 500+ physicians across Canada, and are expanding their facility to support manufacturing growth. Restore’s market is business-to business: prescribing physicians and their clinics.

Project

As Restore scales, their growth is constrained by the volume of manual, repetitive work across operations, sales, and compliance, and by the absence of any in-house AI capability.  Through this Future Ready supported project, Restore will receive   a 3-week Claude AI training program for their full 13-person team, covering Claude Desktop, Chat, Cowork, and Code. The team will learn to use Claude confidently in daily operations, sales, and compliance work, building the in-house AI capability we need as they scale manufacturing in Ontario.

Impact

The primary outcome of this project will be the training of Restore’s  full 13-person team in using Claude Desktop, Chat, Cowork, and Code.  Restore Pharmaceuticals plans to invest $8-15K per month to continue advancing automation and AI adoption as we grow. These investments will increase efficiencies, help reduce costs and ensure that the company can continue to grow.
