Clark Construction Management

About

Clark Construction Management Inc. is an Ontario-based construction management company headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario. The company has been operating for approximately 8 years and provides construction management, general contracting, pre-construction planning, project management, design-build delivery, and consulting services.  Clark serves multiple construction markets, including commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, residential, mixed-use, and community infrastructure projects. Its clients include both private-sector developers and institutional/public-sector organizations.

Project

Under this Future Ready project, Clark will work with a specialized AI advisory firm to assess its current technology environment, business processes, data capabilities, and organizational readiness for AI adoption. The project will provide executive and staff training on AI technologies, evaluate potential applications within the construction industry, and develop a practical roadmap for future implementation.  Areas of focus include project management, financial reporting, document management, workflow automation, procurement, resource planning, and business analytics. The project will help Clark better understand how AI can be used to streamline operations, improve access to information, reduce manual administrative effort, and support business growth.

Impact

The project will increase AI literacy among Clark’s leadership, finance, operations, project management, and administrative teams. Participants will gain a practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence, potential applications in construction management, data requirements, governance considerations, implementation risks, and change management requirements.  Based on this assessment, Clark will identify practical AI use cases that can improve productivity, reduce manual work, and enhance decision-making.
