Stratton faces a market opportunity driven by rising demand for Net Zero homes and high-performance construction. However, their lean team is constrained by manual workflows, fragmented information systems, and a high administrative burden on leadership. The proposed project supported by the Future Ready program, addresses this gap by equipping their team with the skills, tools, and strategy needed to incorporate AI across operations — enhancing efficiency, customer service, and the company’s capacity to scale without increasing headcount.

Impact

This project will produce several tangible outcomes for the organization. The team will receive training that builds practical artificial intelligence (AI) literacy, ensuring staff understand how AI tools can be applied within day-to-day operations. The project will also include a documented assessment of the company’s existing operational workflows to identify areas where AI may improve efficiency and support decision-making. The work will conclude with a comprehensive Scoping Summary Report that outlines the findings, key opportunities, and recommended next steps for AI integration across the business.  Over the next five years, the implementation of AI-enabled workflows is expected to generate meaningful economic benefits for the company. Productivity improvements of approximately 15–30% are anticipated as well as the ability to increase project volume by an estimated 20-40%.
