Evormore provides sovereign, secure, AI-enabled managed infrastructure and software solutions for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), with a particular focus on manufacturing and agri-tech sectors. The company’s core value proposition is enabling businesses to own their data, build custom AI-powered workflows, and eliminate dependence on fragmented, costly per-user SaaS subscriptions. Evormore’s platform delivers private AI, real-time communication, document management, CRM, and workflow automation on Canadian-hosted infrastructure that clients control. The infrastructure is SOC II compliant, hosted in Canada, runs on open-source software, and ensures data never crosses jurisdictions outside the client’s authority.
Evormore has developed a functional prototype of the Recipe Room: an AI-guided workflow, data capture, and reporting platform designed specifically for meat processors. The platform provides a conversational, chat-based interface powered by natural language processing (NLP) that guides operators through recipe creation, production workflows, data capture, and regulatory reporting. Through this Technology Access Program project, Evormore will work with the CMIT TDS for testing and validation of their solution in a meat processing facility.
Validation at the CMIT Technology Development Site will demonstrate the Recipe Room Assistant’s performance in an operational meat processing environment, with expected outcomes including reduced incidence of recipe execution errors and CCP compliance gaps, improved batch-level traceability and audit readiness, faster onboarding of new production staff through guided AI interaction, and demonstrated viability of AI-assisted production workflows for Ontario’s agri-food sector. Evormore projects the creation of 2 new positions in Ontario upon successful industry adoption of the Recipe Room platform following the completion of this project and forecasted revenue of $200,000 in the first year of wide-scale adoption.
