Project

Through this Future Ready supported project, Sky’s central team will receive training on how an AI-integrated systems can streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making. Training will focus on developing staff expertise in automation, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled tools, ensuring they can apply these methods directly to their roles. For example, team members will learn how AI agents can be used to triage inbound communications, manage project updates, and use predictive tools for scheduling and resource allocation.  

Impact & Outcomes

The proposed training and upskilling initiative is expected to deliver substantial economic benefits for Sky Contracting and the broader construction sector in Ontario over the next five years. As a large company with over 300 employees, the efficiency and productivity gains will be significant including a 20%-25% improvement in efficiency within two to three years as well as substantial cost-savings for the business that will support future growth.
