Leni Inc. specializes in the development of AI and data tools for Real estate and Private Equity. Leni is an AI-powered, enterprise-grade AI agent and decision support platform developed for real estate and Private equity. It empowers owners, operators, limited partners, and investors with real-time insights and automation tailored to industry workflows. Leni’s platform is used by over 40 major organizations in US and Canada.

Project

Leni plans to leverage its AI-powered, enterprise-grade decision support and analytics platform to develop Judy, an AI-powered multi-agent system designed to automate the screening and underwriting process for institutional developers.  Through the support of the Development and Commercialization program, Leni will utilize the compute infrastructure and advisory services of the ventureLAB TDS to further the development of the Judy platform.

Impact & Outcomes

At the end of the 6-month development period, Judy will be delivered as a fully validated, market-ready technology solution. The solution will be packaged as an enterprise SaaS offering, ready for commercial deployment to institutional real estate developers and investors.  In addition to potentially increasing the company’s revenue by up to $360,000 after the first year, the project will also create five high-quality jobs (2 ML/AI engineers, 1 data scientist, 1 software developer, 1 product manager), strengthening Leni’s in-house technical capacity and supporting long-term R&D.
