Project

The Commercialization and Development supported project will be the development of an AI-powered internal inspection analysis system that utilizes multi-modal Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision to detect potential shortcomings in various construction elements such as fire alarms, electrical circuits, water piping, drainage systems, HVAC, and insulation. The project will use Evergreen Brick Works as the Technology Development Site for data collection, model training, and real-world validation.

Impact & Outcomes

The project will result in a validated AI-powered internal construction inspection system designed to streamline compliance checks, reduce project delays, and improve overall construction efficiency within Goldbricks Group’s operations.  This system will reduce inspection time by 15-20%, reduce project delays which will reduce costs as well as reducing failure rates by 30-40%. The increased productivity, reduced costs and improved market competitiveness will support Goldbrick’s growth and necessitate the hiring of up to 10-15 new full-time employees.
