Project

Elite Iron Design has integrated basic digital tools like CAD and CNC into its production workflow. Through support from the Future Ready Program, Elite Iron Design will participate in a 4-week AI Training Program for Construction Industry Professionals to build essential AI competencies and develop a structured learning pathway for their team. This specialized training includes hands-on workshops on construction-specific AI applications, practical data analysis techniques, and AI tool implementation strategies. Participants will gain valuable skills in AI-powered project management, predictive maintenance systems, safety monitoring technologies, and design optimization approaches tailored to construction workflows.

Impact & Outcomes

This project will result in a fully trained workforce capable of independently using AI tools to improve key operational processes, including design automation, job estimation, and production scheduling. Embedding this knowledge across Elite’s team of 30 full-time employees and 6 contractors, will significantly enhance day-to-day efficiency, reduce manual bottlenecks, and increase project throughput.  Thes improvements will lead to 25-45% productivity increases, 15-40% cost savings from reduced manual errors and revenue growth of 25-35% which will facilitate the hiring of 2-3 new full-time employees.
